Andoind Phone controls hidding TabBar of my Application

Guys,

A crazy thing happening here,my Application is based on the TabBar Template and I have been testing my App on various devices, HUAWEI, SAMSUNG DUOS2, SAMSUNG GALAXY II , RCA tabBar shows up fine, but when i installed on Motorola Moto G and Nexus 4, the tabBar is hidden under the (Home, Back, Menu) Control, and I cannot find a way to unhide it, My App is Build with Crosswalk for Android and I tested both configurations fullscreen checked and unchecked both don't seem to fix the problem, only different is that one hides the status bar whereas the other does not.

All My Devices are running SDKs 4.0.X, 4.1.X, 4.2.X except Motorola runing 4.4.X and Nexus 4  running 5.0.1
