need help to build a search page

hi, using appFramework3 i need to move a web search page to html 5 hybrid app.

i need 3 pages, or 3 sections into one page still i don't understand what's the right way.

in first section there are the search input fields. when user submit the search i want to show second section with a inderterminate gauge. when the search is complited the results section is showed. back button return to first section.

what's the way? is there some multipage sample to study.
